Shipping
Oil paintings take a significant amount of time (4-6 weeks) to dry before it is safe to varnish and ship them. Once an original is ordered, I will be in contact with the collector of that piece to give them an estimated time that I will be shipping their painting to them. Print orders usually ship within 7-10 days of order. Shipping is free within the U.S. Please contact us for international shipping costs. Shipping costs include packaging supplies, as well as other costs and fees associated with shipping. If you are local, orders can be picked up at my studio in Gilbert, AZ. Please enter “Local Pickup” in the comments for this option, and I will contact you to make arrangements for pick up.
Image/Artwork Rights
I retain all rights to the images and artwork I create. I am the only one authorized to make reproductions of any kind (including prints, merchandise, etc.) of any of my paintings, including those purchased by a buyer or collector. If my art is shown in a magazine, on social media, or any other form of media, please be sure to ask permission and provide credit to me as the artist.
Framing
Unless otherwise specified, all originals come on gallery wrapped canvas. The sides are painted and are approximately 1 1/2” deep, so framing is not necessary. These originals also come with hanging hardware attached, so they are ready to hang on your wall and beautify your space when you receive them. Smaller works that are specified to be on canvas panels can easily be framed in most ready-made frames for that size of art. Of course, any of the artwork can also be custom framed at your favorite local or online framer.
Returns & Exchanges
We are proud of the beautiful, quality art and products we provide. Prints, originals, and any other art or products may only be returned or exchanged in the event of damage during shipping. Please provide photos of any such damage within 48 hours of receiving an order to melgud1@gmail.com, and we can discuss the next steps.
